Having lived in Campbell River since 1997—with a few years spent in Courtenay—I’ve built deep roots in this vibrant community. I raised my children here, and now I’m fortunate to watch my grandchildren grow up in the same beautiful surroundings. Whether I’m cheering on my grandson at hockey and baseball games or supporting my granddaughter’s CRX Showteam performances, family is at the heart of everything I do. At home, I’m also a devoted dog mom to two Shih Tzu/Maltese mixes and the proud owner of two Ragdoll cats, and I’ve been happily married for 20 years to a wonderfully supportive husband.

At the beginning of my real estate career, I primarily worked as a buyers’ agent—an experience that gave me a strong foundation in market trends, pricing strategies, and property evaluation. This early focus has grown into a well-rounded understanding of the market from both sides of the transaction, allowing me to offer strategic guidance to both buyers and sellers. As a hands-on Realtor, I prioritize accessibility, communication, and reliability, making myself available when clients need me, including weekends.

I grew up in Nanaimo and have proudly called the North Island home for the past 12 years—and Port Hardy is truly where my heart is. This is where my husband and I are raising our spirited three-year-old daughter, and where we’ve built a life rooted in community, connection, and the incredible natural beauty of the region.

I’m Krista, and I’m proud to be part of the Coastline Real Estate Group. I live on Quadra Island with my husband and our two daughters, our German Shepherd, and a handful of very cute chickens. After living on three different continents and spending much of my life in big cities, moving to the Island was a meaningful change—and now it truly feels like home.

I love being the steady, behind-the-scenes support for our team and our clients. I’m naturally organized, creative, and detail-focused, and I enjoy helping create a real estate experience that feels smooth, thoughtful, and well cared for from start to finish.
